Where: Lennard Gorge, Western Australia
His mistake: He was taking a picture near the edge and slipped off.
What happened: A young British tourist was hiking with two friends near a gorge. He was taking a picture of his friends when he slipped and fell 65 feet.
His friends made their way down the gorge to their friend and called for help, but by the time rescuers arrived, he was already dead.
Emergency service and fire crews hauled the body out of the gorge.

Wazza Jones is my son he works for adventure tours in Darwin, he was the person who dived in and brought Alfie to the surface and gave cpr with the help of another tour guide and a friend of Alfies,he stayed with Alfie the whole time in the water till help came,he is so devastated he wishes he could have done more, Im very proud of what my son did. Wazza and his family send their condolances to the family.
