Woman Rescued from Crevice


Who: A woman in her early 20s
Where: Estes Park, Colorado
Her mistake: She was hiking on slippery rocks
What happened: A woman hiking with her friend slipped on some rocks and became stuck in a crevice or fissure. Some how the woman or her friend was able to contact a third friend to tell them of the predicament.

Authorities were notified of the incident around 1 a.m. The next morning, rescuers arrived and were able to pull the woman from the fissure. Her injuries are unknown.
