What happened: A group of 11 climbers were attempting to summit a local peak when a lightning storm developed above them. Lightning struck the group – killing one man and injuring two others. The ambassador of Poland suffered from minor burns and a broken arm. He was taken to a local hospital. There are no reports on the condition of the third man.
